Does BOTH explicit hard facts (mcp__mem0__* tools) and passive auto-capture/recall (SessionStart/UserPromptSubmit/Read/Stop/PreCompact hooks), partitioned by app_id (evergreen / general / hal-ops). Bundles the grill-me skill (Mem0-backed plan/design interview). Native local Qdrant (no Docker) behind a launchd MCP server. Run /mem0-brady:setup once.
