What it does

GitHub workflow skills for Claude Code: structured issue creation, PR review-feedback triage, an unattended PR-feedback loop that drives a PR to green-and-merged, backlog summaries and quick-wins, milestone-grouped issue listings, and GitHub Actions authoring guidance. Works with an authenticated gh CLI; uses a configured GitHub MCP server when present and falls back to gh otherwise.
