|What it does
|PreToolUse hook that blocks shell writes to .env* files (redirect, tee, cp/mv, sed -i, $IFS-obfuscated spaces, node -e/python -c inline writes). Permission deny rules only see Write/Edit tool calls, not a shell writing the file itself.
