Validators: version sync, SKILL.md/agent frontmatter, orphaned skill/agent references, directory layout, and shell-script quality (shellcheck / zsh -n).

Incremental: config audit in v0.1; a Spring Boot version-upgrade agent, bootBuildImage, and the contract-first API drift gate land in later slices (#296).
