A GitHub Copilot implementation agent skill that executes development tasks by following a structured implementation plan exactly as written. It picks up from the next unchecked step, implements only what the plan specifies, verifies work by running build or test commands, and stops at designated stop points โ ensuring controlled, plan-driven autonomous coding with no deviation.
