Overview

superdesign is a skill that integrates the SuperDesign CLI into AI coding agents, enabling them to find design inspirations, generate design drafts on an infinite canvas, and iteratively improve UI designs. It bridges the gap between design and development by letting agents create visual designs within the coding workflow.

• Design inspiration search — Search a prompt library for style references, component patterns, and page layouts using keywords and tags; extract brand guides from any URL
• Canvas-based design generation — Create design projects with prompt, HTML, or prompt files, then generate and iterate on high-quality design drafts on an infinite canvas
• Iterative design workflow — Replace or branch design drafts based on feedback, plan and execute flow pages, and fetch specific drafts for review
• Design system management — Maintains a design system file at .superdesign/design-system.md and creates pixel-perfect HTML replicas of existing UI as context for the design agent to iterate on
