Omni-Dev Fusion is an **MCP (Model Context Protocol) agent** that turns your repo into a first-class context for AI: skills (git, knowledge, writer, crawl, …), a **dual knowledge index** (structure + semantics), and **project memory**—all behind a single call pattern and intent-aware routing. It also implements a **MemRL-inspired self-evolution** framework so the agent can improve at runtime without changing model weights.
